This completes the birthday's deco set. you don't need to buy anything extra for deco. I just added feather thru rice lighting for name giving extra boost. everyone loved it.

everything mentioned on image was part of packing. incl blower. PS all foil balloons need a straw kinda thing to inflate it with blower, look for it in the foil balloons else ul end up spoiling them. best part is you can re use them.
