Sharing bathroom decor ideas to transform your tired space into one that’s stylish and fresh!

The finishing touches are what makes a space special even when we’re talking about bathrooms. When I was wrapping up our master bathroom addition, I’m pretty sure I saw every single bathroom decor piece that’s ever hit the internet at this point so I thought I’d share my favorites with you! Even if you’re not planning a bathroom remodel or makeover, adding a few stylish bathroom decor pieces can truly make all the difference in the look and feel of your space.

So many pretty things right? One thing I do with all of the bathroom countertops in our home is take advantage of trays to corral things and keep them neater. {This soap and lotion tray set} is one of my favorites and can be refilled with less expensive soaps and lotion once they’re empty (unless of course you get addicted to some the the Thymes scents like I have):

Also, in between the sinks in our master bathroom, I have {this small seagrass tray} corralling a container of Q-tips, {these stackable marble containers} that have dental floss & my barrettes in them, and {this planter} that holds either fresh flowers or a plant:

Now moving on to my favorite bathroom storage and shelving finds:

I think my favorite purchase of all is probably {this darling handmade storage basket} (mine is the milk stripe with tassel option) that store my wash cloths on the floating shelves in our bathroom – so so cute:

This pair of decorative boxes found {here} also sit on our floating shelves (I store my nail polish bottles in them) – they’re stunners:

And {this white woven basket} sits on the top shelf of our floating shelves holding rolls of TP:

Moving on with all of the other little accessories from bath mats to towel hooks, stools and more:

Instead of a towel bar I opted for using three of {these robe/towel hooks} in the Golden Champagne finish – I love the simple design and my towels stay put on them really well:

Next to our tub I wanted a little stool to hold a drink and went with {this dip dyed stool} – I’ve seen it used in a ton of bathrooms so honestly I was hoping to find a more unique choice but it worked too well with the shades of tile on our back wall to not use it!

For our TP holder I went with {this simple option} that was really well priced:

I also bought {this small driftwood teak bench} since we decided to save some money by forgoing a built-in shower seat:

And remember when our shower niche was done and I said that it was too pretty for my ugly shampoo bottles? Well I found the perfect pumps for my shampoo and conditioner {here} (they’re the 16oz white/gold option):

And last but not least… a hamper! We’ve never had a great spot for a hamper in our small master bedroom so I made sure we’d have a spot for one in our new bathroom. Since it’s not hidden away in a closet I was looking for something that is stylish and has a lid. These are my favorites I found in my search:

I ended up going with {this handled seagrass basket} in the large size which is pretty awesomely big:

It’s pricey but after having gone through several similar but cheaper baskets that started losing their shape after a year or two and snagged clothes, I decided that getting a more high quality basket that would last for years was worth it (I have the medium size of the same basket in my daughter’s room and it’s held up beautifully!). It’s the perfect size for the nook to the right of our shower where we installed our floating shelves.
